Pure expanded stem cell therapy
known as PESC or autologous stem cell therapy, involves removing a small amount of fat from the patient, extracting stem cells from the fat sample, and using them to grow more stem cells which are then injected mixed with growth factors derived from own plasma (PRP) into the patient’s joint, tendon, ligament, or bursa. please watch the educational video.
Bone Marrow Stem Cell Therapy (Same day procedure 2 hours)
Bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) is a treatment derived from a patient’s own bone marrow, specifically the liquid portion of the soft tissue within the bones. This liquid contains a mix of white blood cells, platelets, growth factors, and stem cells. BMAC is used for its potential to decrease inflammation and assist in restoring normal function in joints and tendons in certain patients.
Platelet-rich plasma therapy (PRP) with or without Viscous Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
an advanced form of PRP in which the platelet-rich plasma extracted from the patient is combined with HA, a naturally occurring compound that promotes healing and joint, tendon, ligament, and bursa health. Please watch the video for your education.
Hyaluronic acid (Gel injection to reduce pain/stiffness)
often used as a treatment for osteoarthritis, a degenerative joint disease characterized by the breakdown of cartilage and inflammation of the joints. When osteoarthritis occurs, the natural hyaluronic acid in the joint may become depleted, leading to joint pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. Please watch the educational video.
