We design, manufacture and assemble to order small to medium automation and control panels complete with switchgear, HMI control and PLC programmable logic controller with programming to provide stand alone automation and control of your project or easy implementation into a larger project. Complete with schematics connection terminals and identification of all components, cables and wiring terminals.

Design and build two pump control panels to control the potable rain water supply, and provide a reliable grey water recycling and dosing system for the w.c cisterns along with the ability to redistribute all excess grey water to a remote off the grid irrigation pump station with holding tanks.

To meet current building compliance; after the site had undergone a major air conditioning replacement/upgrade, we were asked to design and implement a system to safely and efficiently switch on/off the 64 newly installed air conditioning units and 8 ventilation fans...located throughout each of the four separate wings of the main HQ building whenever a fire alarm activation occurred. The sole purpose of the automation was initially to restrict passive air flow from potentially fueling/spreading a fire.

We were asked to electrically install, commission and test a 600 ton hydraulic compression shear/baler that had been purchased as a refurbished machine from Austria, and shipped to Macaulay Metals, in Rotorua, New Zealand. Unfortunately, the supporting documentation was in German, and the machine coding and electrical drawings were in Italian. In addition the wiring modifications made overseas were unfinished and incorrect, the hydraulic and wiring schematic drawings supplied were for a different machine (similar but by no means identical) and the PLC programming contained multiple bugs. A major headache for the client...but not for us.

We were asked to design and program a simple PLC controller to utilise excess energy from solar generation for heating loads in the house, rather then feed this energy back into the grid. The customer wasn't happy with the electricity suppliers current buy back rates and restrictions for the energy he is generating/providing.

Provide automation and remote access to a back-up generator system providing essential services. The criteria included: 1) Uninterrupted power to the server. 2) Automatic monitoring and change over between mains and generator power supplies (should the need arise to perform a remote change over and start/stop). 3) Independent charging for the generator battery packs.

The customers current spa and pool heating systems needed to be replaced. The existing controllers and valves were poorly configured and had been exhibiting erratic noise and pool temperatures periodically during extreme conditions. After a through inspection of both installations we found that the heating control valves and controllers had been wired up to perform a very crude operation of the heating control valves in an effort to regulate the temperatures of both the spa and pool.

We use two different models of Schneider HMI's to interface with the Schneider Zelio or Schneider Modicon PLC platforms . We can program the panels to display and interact with plant room field devices and include service programming for additional control options from the HMI's touch screen for maintenance/diagnostics purposes.
